MUCH better than school!

The city had a leak in our yard. When they came to repair it last week it was quite the form of entertainment......in fact, it was MUCH more entertaining than school, for sure!

Well, I've been TRYING to post a video, but blogger won't let me, and photobucket won't go through.....SO......I guess I'll try again some other time. Grrrr..... Technology can be fun, but oh, so frustrating too!!!!

What to do on a rainy day

You can't tell very well from this picture, but the boys have their army men all set up outside IN THE RAIN, ready for battle.

Better late than never......Happy 10th Birthday, Josh! Even though it WAS almost a month ago!

This has to be the easiest cake ever! Just make a chocolate cake, cut some craters into it, make some mountains, slap on some sand-colored icing, have Joshua make a battle scene on his cake.....and well.....you get the idea! It was a hit, and VERY easy! Thanks, Joshua!

The water games were a riot, and I think all the kids had a great time.....thanks Keith for providing such fun entertainment!

Joshua got 2 cakes this year.....one on his actual birthday, and one at his party....he lucked out!
