Please PRAY for Us!
Many of you may have already heard about our job situation, but for those of you who have not, I'll write here, so that you can be praying for us. Keith found out last week, that the company for which he works, is losing their contract with DHL, thus taking away the bulk of their business. This is going to lead to many layoffs, one of which will be Keith's job. We don't know exactly when this will happen, but have been led to believe that it will be sometime in the next 60 days. We are currently in the scramble to find a new job. We are not worried, as we KNOW God will provide for our needs. But at the same time, we also wonder where we will be in the near future. This is not a good time in the aviation market to be in need of a job, but our God is great and we trust in HIM to provide for us. Please pray......
1. That we will honor God through this difficulty.
2. That God will provide a job for Keith soon.
3. That God will not only provide a job, but that HE will give Keith a job that he loves, and that is also good for our family.
4. That we will know soon whether or not we are going to need to move. The boys are enrolled in school for the fall. If we withdraw them after July 1, we will have to pay a $250 fee per child. We would love to be moved and settled (if we have to move) prior to the start of school in the fall.
We KNOW God is in control. This did not take God by surprise, even though it took us by surprise. Thanks for your prayers and your support. We treasure each of you!
Lego City
Marc, Joshua, and Scott spent hours building a lego city. Here are some close-up shots of their city. It was really cool. There was so much detail in each piece, that pictures don't really do it justice; however, I'll try all the same, to give you an idea of their creativity.
The playground.
The government building and train station.
A close-up of the movie shooting site.
The police station, helipad, and movie shoot site.
The drive-thru.
The archaeological dig and the fishing pond.
The soccer field.
Famished Michaella
You would think the poor child was famished.....in reality, she had just been fed.....she likes to suck on her hands!

The Princess in Silk
Thanks, Heather, for the beautiful, silk princess gown and silver ballerina slippers. I TRIED to get a spit-up-free, perfectly non-wrinkled picture of her......but Michaella had other plans for sure! I no sooner got her in this dress (after leaving her undressed for an hour before leaving for church) than she spit up all down the front of it. And, car seats were NOT made to keep princess' dresses wrinkle free!

Cute Package
Blessed by Friends
"Uncle" Harold and "Aunt" Debora were my neighbors in Brazil. (On the mission field, fellow missionaries are all "aunts and uncles." ) When we were in Brazil this last time, my boys spent HOURS in his workshop learning and making all sorts of neat wood creations. This past week we were blessed to have them stop by for a visit. We had a wonderful time with them. We got to see video footage from 55 years ago when they first went to Brazil and visited the savage indians......escaping with their lives only by divine providence. That first trip to the indians, led to many coming to know Christ. On that same video we saw some of those first indians who tried to kill U. Harold, give their testimonies as to how they came to know Christ. It was a neat time of learning and reminiscing! Thanks for visiting and spending time with us!

Friends Forever
Getting Ready for Bed
Between Michaella filling her diaper and spitting up, she is constantly getting changed. I have to protect the bed WELL before changing her. Last night I finally decided to just let her stay like this until she was done. She didn't seem to mind it much......in fact she was smiling and trying to coo......it was so cute!
I had to get this picture of the back of her head to show that she really does have a good amount of hair.....it's just all in the back of her head. I love the saying on her bedding......it captures our sentiments well......"sweet baby girl".
