Playing With Louie

Keith decided to introduce Michaella to Louie.
Daddy trying to show Michaella how to pet Louie.
Once she felt Louie, she wanted to keep grabbing his fur......poor Louie......Michaella really wasn't too gentle, but he took it very well.

A Beautiful Fall Day

Michaella and Benji enjoyed playing on the porch while Daddy worked outside.

This is a close-up of our burning bush out front......so pretty!

Michaella's Six Month Pictures

Michaella's 6 month pictures came back today.....I just had to share them with you.  And I'll give credit where credit is due....thanks, Olan Mills, for doing an excellent job!  If you look closely, you can see she is wearing the bracelet that her Aunt Kel and Uncle Kerry gave her.   It is so girly!!!!

Sweet Michaella

More Soccer Pics

I couldn't resist this sweatshirt......after all, I have spent MANY hours watching MANY soccer games.  I have some awesome soccer players!

Trick or Treat

As per tradition, Russells went with us for trick-or-treat.
My six trick-or-treaters.
It would not surprise me at all if someday this boy ends up serving in the military.
By far, the most fun is sorting through all the candy after trick-or-treating.

Scott's Field Trip

Last week I got to go on a field trip with Scott's class to a working farm from the 1800's.  It was really neat and lot of fun.
This was in the parlor of the farmhouse.
Old fashioned toys.
In the Parlor.
Touring the kitchen.
The back of the farmhouse from the 1800's.
Trying the old-fashioned water pump.

Silly Scott!

There were LOTS of baby pigs.
Feeding pumpkin to the pigs.
Feeding celery to the pigs.
Turkeys......yep for Thanksgiving.
The farmer let the children touch a baby duck.
The baby ducks were so cute!
The farm was so picturesque.
It was an absolutely GORGEOUS fall day!
I had a wonderful time with Scott and his class!

Daddy is HOME!

After Keith was away for a week in Brazil, both Michaella and Daddy were happy to see each other again.

Benji and Michaella

I was changing the beds in the younger boys' room, so I put Michaella on the floor on her blanket.  Benji has a blue blanket just like her pink one, and when he saw her on her pink blanket, he set his up right next to her and had fun playing next to her.  It was one of those "awwwwww" moments.
