Scott's 7th Birthday

It's hard to believe that our Scott is already SEVEN!  Here are a few memories from the past.

State AWANA Grand Prix

Joshua took his car to the State Championship and won 3rd place........well done, Josh!

A couple weeks ago, the boys got to spend a day at school to see what it was like.  Scott's teacher had them make these "good attitude" glasses, saying when you wear them, you can see good attitudes.  Scott enjoyed wearing them for quite a while.  

Valentine's Day

My husband was not home for Valentine's Day this year.  However, he came up with a winner of a gift for us.  He ordered dinner in for us so that I didn't have to think about making dinner.  We all enjoyed the treat.  Thanks, Keith!

Dominoes and Snow

Joshua created a fun domino display, writing his name.

Snow again.....my boys literally spent ALL day (until it was dark out) playing outside in the snow......even when it started raining.  They created this fort, and it was hilarious to look out the window and see feet sticking out of their igloo.  Snow days are wonderful!  Oh, I just have to add.....the boys shoveled the snow off the street to get enough snow to make this fort.....we really didn't get that much snow, but leave it to them to gather enough for their purposes!

My Birthday

My family always makes my birthday very special.  My husband gave me these beautiful flowers.

And he also surprised me by taking me out to a WONDERFUL dinner with friends.....he pulled off the whole thing, and I never knew what he was planning.

Benji didn't have a car, but he enjoyed watching and even getting his own ribbon!

Enjoying SNOW with cousins

Many of you who came by our house last week wondered HOW we managed to make a snowman in our yard with last week's SMALL amount of snow.  But when you have boys who have been in Brazil all winter, and cousins from Brazil who have been in Texas all winter.....well, let's just say.....where there's a will there IS a way!

First Tooth Lost

Last Saturday, Scott lost his first baby tooth.  It was VERY ready to come out.....in fact, his permanent tooth was already half in! 

David in Cedarville's Hall of Fame

Last weekend, my brother, David, was inducted into Cedarville's Athletic Hall of Fame for soccer.  I was fortunate to be able to attend this special event.
