She LOVES to be Held!

We have a very content baby.......ESPECIALLY if someone is holding her.  She will sit very still in just about anyone's lap.

Scott's School Christmas Concert

Yesterday Benjamin, Michaella, and I went to Scott's school Christmas concert.  We enjoyed the music.  Benjamin loved it too, and joined right in with all the motions. In the video below, you can get a small glimpse......sorry for the shakiness, but Benjamin kept bumping my arm, and I was trying not to laugh at all Scott's faces.....it was great!  I tried to get video of Benji dancing, but it didn't come out too well.

Visit with Santa

Ready to go visit Santa.

Have you ever tried to get a 3 year old to hold a baby.......a baby who thinks she does NOT need to sit up on her own?

Michaella was most interested in grabbing a handful of Santa's beard.

Benji took his "santa" bear with him to see Santa too.

Relaxing while her big brother played at the play place after visiting Santa.

Look Who's TRYING to Sit (but not very successfully!)

The Lip

Michaella just got a new tooth last Saturday, and I think she was enjoying the feel of that tooth on her upper lip, as she just wouldn't stop biting it.  We got some good laughs.

Joshua's Band Concert

Joshua is in the 6th grade band at school.  Thursday we went to his band concert.  It was really neat!
Joshua is playing the drums....he's in the white shirt in the back right.

Miscellaneous Moments

Special Moments.
Silly Moments.

Sweet Moments.

Scary BOY moments!

Marc's Robot

Marc has already made lots of neat things with his robot he got for his birthday.

Cracker Jack

About a month ago, Keith Michael's bird died. Last weekend, he bought 2 new birds and named them Cracker and Jack. He has had lots of fun playing with them already.

Lego Creations

Lego glasses.

Keith Michael has always been very creative with his Lego Creations......yep, they are definitely BOY Lego creations, for sure!

Thanksgiving Day

Baby's First Thanksgiving!

No Thanksgiving is complete without a picture of carving the turkey.

We enjoyed the day with the Jennings family.

The guys enjoyed a game of football.

We ended the day watching Wall-E together.....it was a fun day. Michaella had fun playing with the football while we watched.

Fun with Forts

Building forts is a favorite in our house.....
.......and it's even more fun when you can spend the night in the fort!
Scott and Marc had fun sleeping in the fort.  You can't tell from the pictures, but they had the fort all decorated with Christmas lights....it was quite neat, if I do say so myself!

Cranberry Day

Last week Scott had "Cranberry Day" at school. It was a day when a lady came from the old fashioned working farm from the 1800's (the one they went to on their field trip), and showed them all sorts of old fashioned toys, etc. Keith went and spent the morning with them. The kids were allowed to dress up that day, rather than wear their uniforms. It was fun.

Benjamin got to go with Keith to Scott's class......he enjoyed playing with all the old-fashioned toys too.

Christmas Season Has Arrived

I was trying to get a good picture of Michaella's shoes. A friend from Brazil gave her these shoes, and I wanted to post pictures for her. I didn't do a very good job, but here is what I managed to get.

Sit? I'd MUCH rather play with my feet.

I remember seeing footage of me as a baby falling forward every time my mother tried to make me sit up.......like mother like daughter.

You can't tell very well from this picture, but Michaella's dress matches my skirt......our first "Mother/Daughter" outfits.

Isn't he cute?
These Christmas PJ's have gotten mileage......I think someone gave them to us used when Marc was 3.......10 years ago!
